Silvery falls

I just wanted to let you all know, that I’m trying a new tactic for writing large posts..

By large posts I mean posts with a lot of text and with few or no images at all..

I will be trying to alternate the different paragraphs with different background colors. I’m trying to find background colors which aren’t intrusive to the reader, so I really need your feedback here people..

Do you think this is a good or a bad idea ? Maybe some of you might even have suggestions on how to make large posts more reader friendly ?

I’m open for ideas.
